Shilo Inns Grants Pass

The employees are all amazing and helpful. Beds are amazing (no dirty nasty comforters) with real pillows. Decent showers and bathtub that isn't made for just 1 person. TVs could use some upgrades, but still a lot of channels available. Only down fall is the 100$ deposit for locals.

Was literally stranded in Ore. Last min booked room, nice price for on spur of moment. The Mgr. Front desk n maids were so kind nice made it easy for me ti feel comfortable. They rushed to do room so I could get one and I was very Surprised. Clean, lots of towels, deep tub, bench outside of tub area to dry feet get dressed very helpful, coffee maker & hair dryer in room, Bed very comfy. Within walking distance of restaurants, coffee huts, n Bus stop right outside main office. I would HIGHLY recommended the Shilo Inn to anyone coming up this way. Thank You to.entire staff

We stopped here because we were driving and needed a place to sleep. It was memorial day weekend and they were the only place with a vacancy. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't avail ourselves of the free continental breakfast. We were told there were pet friendly rooms available, but we didn't bring our dog with us on this trip. All in all it was a good place for us.

The location was perfect for what we needed it for. The amenities that it offered weren't necessarily true in our hotel room. There was no microwave there was no refrigerator. But it is possible that those were just for specific hotel rooms and I didn't read that part. Other than that the continental breakfast was delicious and he was very quiet there. I would definitely stay there again.

Due for an upcoming remodel this motel was clean, neat, functional. Hospitality was stellar with a staff that made me feel like a guest, not a customer. They told me a remodel is coming after I commented on the 36 year old tube TV (which worked great). Remodeled or not, I'll return.

There is currently a great deal of renovation as the hotel is being changed to Red Lion Inn. The rooms are newly renovated, with new furniture and paint. It's a great refresh! The hotel office is located in a small trailer until the office renovation is complete. Staff have all been incredibly friendly!

We got a good deal on a room here on priceline, and ended up coming back on our return trip and staying an extra night to drive up to Crater Lake. We loved the pool and the basic breakfast of hard boiled eggs and cereal. Rooms were clean, no fridge. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Fairly nice rooms and updated lobby. The pool and hot tub are nicely maintained and refreshing. I found the hotel to be loud though. I could hear noise from the lobby and outside quite loudly at all hours. One early morning another guest thought it would be a good idea to walk back and forth in the hallway with their crying baby. It was very loud and disturbing. Overall it's a great hotel and I'd stay there again.
